The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) was established to develop implement and enforce accessibility standards respecting goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures and premises. Passed in 2005 and as of January 1, 2012, the AODA legally requires all organizations, both public and private, that provides goods or services either directly to the public or to other organizations in Ontario and that have one or more employees to provide accessible customer service to persons of all ability levels.
The Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre are committed to a more accessible Ontario and have provided all of their staff with the necessary training to accomplish this objective and service the needs of all of their guests during every event held at the stadium. A limited number of parking spaces are available by reservation only for guests with mobility issues. For further information and to make reservations, contact Rogers Centre Parking at 416-341-3004. Please have your disability permit number handy for bookings. Bookings begin three weeks prior to the event day.
There are a number of accessible and companion seating locations throughout Rogers Centre. Tickets for these seats can be purchased by calling the Blue Jays Ticket Office at 416-341-1234. Guests are asked to specify their need for accessible seating at the time of ticket purchase. Please note: companion seat pricing is the same as all tickets within the same price category.
Guests requiring assistance in reaching their seating level may use one of the eight elevators conveniently located at Rogers Centre. Elevators can be found at Gates 3, 7, 9 and 13.

Priority should be given to elderly guests or those with a disability that affects their mobility. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask individuals carrying beverages on the elevators to ensure they have the appropriate lid on the container whenever possible.
The Toronto Blue Jays are happy to provide wheelchairs to transport fans that may require assistance to and from their seats upon their arrival at Rogers Centre. A Guest Experience Ambassador can meet guests at our Accessible Support Entrance located at Gate 7 and ensure they receive the appropriate attention. Please note, due to the limited number of wheelchairs, guests are not able to remain seated in them for the entire event. Rogers Centre does not provide wheelchair rentals; however, there are chairs available in the accessible seating sections for your convenience. Inquiries concerning accessible seating should be directed to the Blue Jays Ticket Office at 416-341-1234.
