Ticket Exchange Policy
Season Ticket Holder Ticket Exchanges

Starting March 26, 2016, Season Ticket Holders have the option to exchange their tickets at the Safeco Field Box Office or online through Mariners.com/MyAccount at least 24 hours in advance of the game they are exchanging. The exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single game ticket purchase. The Season Ticket Holder discount, other ticket discounts, specials, promotions and/or coupon offers do not apply when exchanging tickets for a future game. Credits resulting from an exchange must be used within the same regular season. There will be no exchange for unused tickets to past games. Postseason Tickets

Season Ticket Holders receive the first opportunity to reserve seats for possible Postseason games played at Safeco Field. Seat availability and assignment will vary depending on season ticket plan and locations. The Mariners will communicate directly with Season Ticket Holders on all Postseason ticket purchase opportunities.

Promotional Packages include all items that are given away as a ballpark wide promotion. Special events that require a special ticket to receive a promotional item are not included in the Promotional Package. All Season Ticket Holders can make reservations up to 24 hours prior to game time by calling (206) 346-4373. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Have your season ticket account number handy. Please note: select seats are sold for pre-purchase and are unavailable for reservations 30 minutes prior to game time through the conclusion of the game.

Account Changes

Season ticket accounts can only be transferred or changed with the permission of the Seattle Mariners. All requests must be made in writing by the account holder of record and sent to the Seattle Mariners. The Seattle Mariners reserve the right to approve any such requests.

Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost tickets can be reprinted online through your My Mariners Account for free, or issued to the Season Ticket Holder of record through our box office upon payment of $3 per ticket ($30 max fee).

Ownership of Seat Location
Ownership of Seat Location

Purchasers of Seattle Mariners season tickets obtain a license in the form of a ticket to use the seat location designated on the ticket only for the games issued. Your location is licensed to you on a one-year basis, unless you are a Charter Seat licensee. Holders of Charter Seat Licenses have purchased a right to renew their seats in future years. Ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations set forth on the back of the tickets, and must meet all payment deadlines. The Seattle Mariners own and control all rights to the seat locations for the Mariners home games.

Purchasers of season tickets do not have the right to transfer seat location(s) to an existing or new account. If you decide to relinquish your seats, the location is reassigned at the discretion of the Seattle Mariners.

Requests for seat location changes are considered on an annual basis. Availability depends upon the number of cancellations received each year and the needs of the club. We try to allocate additional seats and seat changes based on the length of time you have been a Season Ticket Holder.

Season tickets for a future game may be exchanged for the best available seats at least 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. Tickets can be exchanged online through Mariners.com/MyAccount or at the Safeco Field Box Office.

All exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single-game ticket purchase. The season ticket discount, special ticket promotions and/or coupon offers do not apply. There will be no exchange for unused tickets to past games. Tickets cannot be exchanged into a lower ticket price on the day of the game. Online exchanges can only be done for equal number of tickets (2 tickets must be traded for 2 tickets, etc.). Credits resulting from an exchange must be used within the same regular season and must be redeemed by phone or at the Safeco Field Box Office only.
