Season Ticket Exchange

An Exclusive Benefit For Mets Season Ticket Holders

As a Season Ticket Holder, if you are unable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange your tickets (maximum of three games per month) to any future game of your choice, subject to availability. The tickets exchanged must be returned 14 days prior to the game date.

Season Ticket Exchange Policies:

Tickets can only be exchanged for the same game type
- Example: Value game for Value game
The total number of tickets exchanged must equal the total number of tickets requested
Tickets must be exchanged for an equal or greater value, on a best-available basis
- If the ticket value is greater, you will receive the Season Ticket Holder price and will be responsible to pay the difference in price
Tickets available for exchange may be limited for certain games based on availability
Parking can only be exchanged and applied towards a 2013 credit and cannot be reissued or refunded
Re-issued tickets will be emailed at no cost
Delivery by mail is available for a $5 shipping fee
Only tickets from the original season ticket subscription can be exchanged
Account must be paid in full in order to take advantage of the exchange program

Season Ticket exchanges may be requested through our Ticket Services Department at (718)565-4360.

IN PERSON

Tickets can be exchanged in person at our Advanced Ticket Windows located at Citi Field.
Season Tickets being exchanged in person must be done by the Account Holder on record.
You will be provided with exchanged tickets immediately when processing the transaction.
Immediate exchange may not be available in person during home games and tickets will be mailed to the Account Holder.
Fees will be waived if the exchange is done in person.
