Password-protected Online Ticket Management Tool

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH "MY METS TICKETS":

  • Enter username and password
    Note: username is account number; your password was e-mailed to you
  • For security purposes, it is recommended that you change your password the first time you access your account
  • You can change your password by clicking the MY ACCOUNT tab

As a convenience, misplaced tickets can be "self-reissued" by transferring your tickets and printing them at home. You will need access to a printer before you start the process.

TO ACCESS TICKET REPRINTS:
  • Click on 'My Mets Tickets' button below
  • Log into your 'My Mets Tickets' account
  • Click on My Tickets tab
  • Click on the month of the game you wish to reprint
    Please note: you can only reprint one game at a time
  • Select game date you want to reprint
  • Click (+) to select tickets you want to reprint
  • Click Print button
  • Click Print
  • A link will appear for you to view and print your tickets
  • If you reprint your tickets at-home through your My Mets Tickets account, your paper PAH tickets will have the same barcode as your original hard tickets, meaning that both barcodes will be live and active.

In partnership with Most Valuable Kids, a non-profit ticket distribution organization, the Mets are pleased to offer a ticket donation program. MVK overcomes the financial obstacles associated with attending live events by distributing donated tickets to children who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend, at no cost. All ticket donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

TO ACCESS TICKET DONATION:
  • Click on 'My Mets Tickets' button below
  • Log into your 'My Mets Tickets' account
  • Click on My Tickets tab
  • Click on the month of the game you wish to donate
    Please note: you can only donate one game at a time
  • Select game date you want to donate
  • Click (+) to select tickets you want to donate
  • Click Donate button
  • Click Donate To: Most Valuable Kids
  • Sender will receive confirmation
  • Once tickets are donated and transaction is completed, you cannot cancel the transaction
  • All ticket donations must be made four days prior to the game date
  • MVK is unable to accept donations for the following game dates: April 3, April 24, May 26, May 28
  • Single seat ticket donations cannot be accepted

If you are unable to attend a game, you can exchange your tickets for any future game, subject to availability. Exchanges can be handled at the Citi Field Advance Ticket Windows, by mail, online, or by contacting your Account Executive.

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY
  • Maximum of three games per month
  • Tickets exchanged must be returned 5 days prior to the game date
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in same category, there will be no charge
  • If tickets are exchanged for a higher game category, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference
  • If tickets are exchanged for tickets in a lesser game category, the customer will not be refunded the difference and a credit will not be added to the account
  • Tickets cannot be returned for credit
  • If you upgrade to a higher priced category, you will receive the Season Ticket Holder discount and pay the difference in price
  • Hard tickets need to be returned in order to process and reissue the new tickets
  • Ticket Plan must be paid in full and may not have a balance remaining due

NEW FOR 2014: Past game, unused season tickets for 2014 can now exchange for any future game, subject to availability. Exchanges can be handled at the Citi Field Advance Ticket Windows, by mail, or by contacting your Account Executive.

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY
  • Maximum of twelve games for the season
  • Tickets exchanged must be returned 5 days prior to the new game date
  • Tickets cannot be returned for credit
  • Tickets must not have been sold on Stubhub, transferred or donated
  • Hard tickets need to be returned in order to process and reissue the new tickets
  • Unused Parking Passes are not eligible to be exchanged
  • If unused tickets are exchanged for tickets in same category, there will be no charge
  • If unused tickets are exchanged for a higher game category, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference
  • If unused tickets are exchanged for tickets in a lesser game category, the customer will not be refunded the difference
  • You cannot exchange non-Marquee tickets for a Marquee game
  • Unused tickets will be exchanged for tickets in the same seating category
  • If tickets are not available in the original seating category, exchanged tickets will be placed in the next available lower priced category
  • Hyundai Club tickets from past games cannot be exchanged for Hyundai Club tickets to a new game. A different seating category will be assigned
  • Ticket Plan must be paid in full and may not have a balance remaining due
