The Mets would like to welcome you to the 5th annual Alzheimer's Awareness Night and the 1st annual at Citi Field! Cheer for the Mets while you support the largest national voluntary health organization dedicated to advancing research for the causes, treatments, and prevention of Alzheimer's disease.

  • Sit together with family, friends, and fellow supporters of the Alzheimer's Association of NYC in designated Baseline Box, Pepsi Porch, or Promenade Reserved seats.
  • A portion of tickets sold through this online window will be rebated to the Alzheimer's Association of NYC.
  • All participants will receive a Citi Field Inaugural Season Scroll Pen (with advance purchase through this offer).
