In order to purchase a membership to Club Mets, you must complete the Club Mets order form on Mets.com. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The Mets.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The e-mail address used at purchase or activation will be your Club Mets member login. You must use (or, for gifts, provide) a unique e-mail address and password for each membership purchased. The New York Mets and/or MLB.com reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the Mets.com Terms of Use. For your convenience, you have the option to have your Club Mets membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. If you purchased a 2012 Club Mets membership with automatic renewal option but would like to cancel the automatic renewal option, you can do so by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation of automatic renewal to clubmets@mets.mlb.com before December 1, 2012. (Renewed memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts in 2012.) Club Mets will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal by email in the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal (see below).
We will contact your gift recipient via e-mail to let him/her know that you have purchased a gift Club Mets membership on their behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to activate the membership using the link in the gift notification e-mail in order to receive the Club Mets benefits and welcome package, so please be sure that the e-mail address was entered correctly. If the intended recipient did not receive the e-mail, please contact us. Consistent with the MLB.com Privacy Policy, children under 13 are not eligible to register for an MLB.com account.

If you do not activate by such date, your gift membership package will be sent to the address provided by the original gift purchaser at the end of the regular season.

Your Club Mets welcome package contains your personalized membership card and welcome letter from the New York Mets.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin shipping in January 2012. Gift membership welcome packages will be shipped within approximately 4-6 weeks following the gift recipient's online activation. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the New York Mets nor MLB.com is responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any 2012 membership cards returned by the US Postal Service will be held at MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011 until the conclusion of the 2012 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by the applicable Club Mets member by providing proof of identification to MLB.com. Your unique ticket voucher for your two tickets to a 2012 April regular season Mets home game will be redeemable only online at Mets.com and will not be included in the membership packet you receive in the mail. The game date will be determined by the Mets in their sole discretion and communicated via email or in the Club Mets members-only section on Mets.com. The ticket voucher will be sent to you electronically after single-game tickets have gone on sale in March 2012. Please review the e-mail for complete terms and conditions.

Take 15% off eligible merchandise at the Mets Team Store (located off the Rotunda at Citi Field) on non-game days. Club Mets members must show their 2012 Club Mets Membership Card or printed copy of 2012 membership confirmation e-mail and photo ID at the time of purchase to redeem the 15% discount. Starting in April 2012, through the end of the regular season, the store will be open at Citi Field from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET, seven days a week, on non-game days.

Members of Club Mets may elect to receive a 30-day trial of the MLB Insiders Club. You can continue your membership for only $2/month (billed annually). Upon payment of first year's dues you will be shipped a FREE New York Mets Stadium Blanket, a FREE MLB Insiders Guide, a FREE MLB Records Booklet, plus then-current members will get a FREE Official MLB All-Star Game Program in July, all at no additional cost. If you do not wish to continue your MLB Insiders Club membership, simply return a dues notice marked "cancel" and owe nothing, and your membership will be automatically cancelled if payment has not been received 49 days after the third notice. If you are at all unhappy with your first issue of MBL Insiders Club Magazine or your Official Member Welcome Kit, just write CANCEL on your dues invoice, return it and pay nothing. You also have the right to a full refund upon request if you grow dissatisfied with the Club during your first year.

To pick up a copy of the Mets Official Game Notes, Club Mets members can stop by the nearest Fan Assistance Station at Citi Field. Members must present their 2012 Club Mets Membership Card or printed copy of 2012 membership confirmation e-mail and photo ID to receive their copy.
On occasion, Club Mets members will be invited via Club Mets e-mail to sit together with exclusive offers in the Big Apple Reserved section. Details will be included in the invitation.

In order to provide the highest customer satisfaction possible, MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of a Club Mets membership if a refund request is received by contacting clubmets@mets.mlb.com within ten (10) days of your purchase date.
