• Purchasing a 2009 Club Mets Membership
  
  In order to receive a Club Mets membership, you must complete the Club Mets membership order application form on mets.com by providing complete and accurate personal information consisting of your name, address, telephone number (for example, home, work, mobile and/or fax), e-mail address, valid credit card information and shipping address. Mets.com's Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. To ensure that each member can access their online benefits, please use a unique e-mail and password for each membership purchased. You must have a valid mets.com username and password to enter the Club Mets members-only section, and must have purchased a 2009 Club Mets membership. The e-mail used upon sign-up will be your Club Mets membership e-mail. The Mets or MLB.com reserves the right to decline service to or terminate any account. All sales are final. • Season Ticket Holder Membership
  
  YOUR SEASON TICKET HOLDER MEMBERSHIP MUST BE ACTIVATED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR CLUB METS MEMBERSHIP AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD. You will need to activate your membership before receiving the Club Mets benefits, including the 2009 Membership Card, 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription, access to the members-only section, and more. • Renewals
  
  For your convenience, if selected, your 2009 Club Mets membership will automatically renew, without interruption, before the start of each subsequent MLB season at the rate then in effect unless you cancel your subscription by sending an email requesting cancellation to clubmets@mets.mlb.com before December 1, 2009 (subscriptions cannot be cancelled, refunded, or credited -- in part or in whole -- after Spring Training starts).
• Your 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card
  
  Shipments of 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Cards will commence in February. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Neither the New York Mets, nor MLB.com, are responsible for lost or stolen cards. Any 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card returned by the US Postal Service will be held at Citi Field, Flushing, NY, 11368 until the conclusion of the 2009 Major League Baseball regular season and may be claimed by providing proof of identification. Cards may be replaced at the discretion of the Mets. Replacement cards may be requested by sending a check made out to Club Mets in the amount of $3 to Club Mets, c/o MLB.com, 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011. All inquiries regarding 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Cards should be sent to clubmets@mets.mlb.com.
• 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio
  
  All members of Club Mets will receive a subscription to 2009 MLB.com Gameday Audio. MLB.com Gameday Audio allows fans to listen to live baseball games online, as well as the archives of those games. Club Mets members' MLB.com Gameday Audio subscription will expire on December 31, 2009. • Club Mets Members-Only Section
  
  Members of Club Mets that purchase a 2009 Club Mets membership will have access to special offers and content on the members-only section of the site. You must have a valid mets.com username and password to enter, and must have purchased a 2009 Club Mets membership. The e-mail used upon sign-up will be your Club Mets membership e-mail. To ensure that each member can access their online benefits, please use a unique e-mail and password for each membership purchased.
• Club Mets E-mail Newsletter
  
  The Club Mets e-mail newsletter allows for members to access content and special offers. You must register with a valid e-mail address at the time of purchase to receive the newsletter. You can opt-out of receiving the newsletter at any time. Neither the Mets nor MLB.com is responsible for invalid e-mail addresses, e-mails that bounce back, or e-mails that are filtered by personal or corporate e-mail providers. Exclusive offers made to Club Mets members will also be available for viewing on the Club Mets members-only area.
• Mets Clubhouse Shops Discount
  
  To redeem the 15% discount, Club Mets members must show their 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card at time of purchase. Offer not valid with other discounts. The Mets Clubhouse Shops are located at:

  • Roosevelt Field Mall - Old Country Road and Meadowbrook Parkway in Garden City, Long Island. Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 9:30pm and Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
  • 11 West 42nd Street - between 5th and 6th Avenues, across from Bryant Park in Manhattan. Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6:30pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
• Team Store Discount
  
  Non-game days:
  Take 10% off at the Mets Team Store (will be located off the Rotunda at Citi Field) on non-game days. Club Mets members must show their 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card at the time of purchase to redeem the 10% discount. Starting in April 2009, the store will be open at Citi Field from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week, on non-game days.
  Game days:
  Take 10% off at the Mets Team Store when you spend $100 or more on game days. Club Mets members must show their 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card at the time of purchase to redeem the 10% discount. The store hours on game days are as follows.
  

  • 7:10 Game: 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., reopen at 4:30 p.m. until end of game.
  • 1:10 Game: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or end of game.
• Club Mets Ticket Offer
  
  Potential pre-sale ticket opportunities for Club Mets members to select games. Offers to be communicated online and via e-mail.
• Club Mets Online Shop Offer
  
  From time to time, members of Club Mets will receive special online offers that will be communicated to members via e-mail and/or on the Club Mets members-only site. All offers will be available for a limited time and are subject to availability.
• Official Game Notes
  
  To pick up a copy of the Mets Official Game Notes, Club Mets members can stop by the nearest Fan Assistance Station at Citi Field. Members must present their 2009 Club Mets Membership ID Card to receive their copy.
