Season Ticket Donation Program

In partnership with Most Valuable Kids, a non-profit ticket distribution organization, the New York Mets will offer a ticket donation program to Season Ticket Holders.

MVK overcomes the financial obstacles associated with attending live events by distributing unused tickets to children who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend. These tickets are distributed to boys and girls, 18 and under, through organizations that focus on children in low-income and underserved households. With your help, live sports and entertainment provides a positive source of inspiration for children in a world where there are many negative alternatives. MVK of Greater New York, Inc. brings this inspiration, at no cost. MVK offers Season Ticket Holders an easy opportunity to give back to the community while receiving a tax deduction for their donation and adding a smile to a child's face.

All future game ticket donations can be transferred electronically via My Mets Account or mailed to Most Valuable Kids at least 72 hours before the game is to be played. The New York Mets are not responsible for any tickets that are not sent directly to Most Valuable Kids.

Important Information For Season Ticket Holders:

Once you sign in as an eligible Account Holder, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page, and then click the "Ticket Transfers" button.
You have the option to transfer all or some of your tickets for any one game in a transaction.
When donating your tickets to Most Valuable Kids, please enter the First Name: Raeanne, Last Name: McLaughlin and the e-mail address: raeanne@mostvaluablekids.org
Please select for the Recipient to pay for the transaction fee.
Most Valuable Kids has 48 hours to accept or reject the transfer invitation. In either case, you will receive an e-mail advising of MVK's decision. If no action is taken by MVK within 48 hours, the transfer invitation will automatically be cancelled and you and MVK will receive an e-mail advising of the transfer cancellation.
Once your ticket transfer has been accepted by MVK, the barcodes on your original tickets will be deactivated, so they will not be accepted for admission. Do not discard your tickets until you receive an e-mail acknowledgement that MVK has accepted the transfer.
You may cancel a transfer within the 48 hour window only if MVK has not yet acted on the invitation. To cancel a pending invitation, click the "My Account" and "View/Cancel Pending Transfer" links upon signing in.
A Ticket Transfer transaction becomes final once MVK accepts the transfer. No cancellations or refunds will be made following the Ticket Transfer acceptance.
Ticket Transfers to MVK must be initiated 72 hours prior to game time.

If you have previously linked your Season or Plan Account to an online account:

Click the "Begin Ticket Transfer" button below.
In the box labeled "Already Registered," enter your E-mail or Online Account Number and Password in the appropriate fields.
Click the "Login" button to proceed.
Once you sign on to your Season or Plan Account, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to access Ticket Transfer.

If you have not yet linked your Season or Plan Account to an online account:

Click the "Begin Ticket Transfer" button below.
In the box labeled "Register Here," click the "Activate Your Account Online" button.
Enter your Account Number and your PIN in the appropriate fields.
Click the "Activate" button to proceed.
Once you sign on to your Season or Plan Account, click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to access Ticket Transfer.
