Will provide emergency services at no cost to stranded motorists in Citi Field parking areas. These services are available to all fans and include recharging drained batteries, changing flat tires and towing service to affiliated AAA stations. They will also tow to non-affiliated stations for the standard commercial rate.
The club truck and driver will be on the premises for all home games from the 7th inning to one hour after the completion of the game.

Aramark has informed the Mets that it is the policy of Aramark to conduct its operation in compliance with all applicable laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages and in a manner intended to promote responsible consumption. Fans on the Field Level are permitted to seek autographs along the Field Level railings where permitted during batting practice from 2½ hours before game time (see Gates Open) until approximately 1 hour before game time.

Fans are welcome to arrive to Citi Field early to watch players take batting practice. Fans can enter the Jackie Robinson Rotunda 2 ½ hours prior to the scheduled game time.
Guests with tickets directing them to 1B VIP or LF VIP gates should note that they open 2 ½ hours prior to the scheduled game time, as well. The 3B VIP gate, however, opens 1 ½ hours prior to the scheduled game time.
Please note that batting practice does not take place prior to every game. If batting practice is in fact scheduled to take place, the following is a pre-game timeline:

Fans that wish to use their bicycle as a mode of transportation to Citi Field can utilize any of the 10 bicycle parking racks located on the outside of the ballpark. The locations of the bicycle parking racks are as follows: First Base side of the Rotunda, Third Base side of the Rotunda, outside the Right Field Gate on 126th Street, outside the Left Field Gate.

« Back to topLocated on the Excelsior Level and exclusive to Delta, Ebbets and Caesars Club seat holders and Sterling Suite holders, the Caesars Club sits directly on top of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and provides incredible views of the surrounding Queens area. This modern space features a large bar and high end concessions.
Small film or digital still cameras are permitted in Citi Field. Video cameras are not permitted in Citi Field at this time due to security considerations.
The use of cellular phones is permitted at Citi Field, provided such does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ballgame. Please be courteous and refrain from making loud or lengthy calls in the seating areas.
All persons entering the ballpark who are 32" or taller require a ticket. Children under 32" tall do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap during the game without obstructing the view of other fans. There will not be a seat provided without a ticket.
The perfect location for a company retreat is the Citi Field Auditorium and Business Center. The 150-seat Auditorium features plush, theater-style seats, a stage, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. Together with the Citi Business Center, which is fully equipped with wireless internet, printers, a copy/fax machine, and outlets to charge personal electronic devices there is no better location to hold your company's next business meeting. Among the many amenities of the new ballpark is a state-of-the-art video scoring and display system developed specifically for Citi Field. Working with Daktronics, the Mets incorporated two true high definition LED displays in the outfield. The center field video display is 50 feet high by 70 feet wide. The second giant HD display is located in right field is 40 feet high by 90 feet wide. Citi Field is also home to one of the longest ribbon boards in baseball at 850 feet. The ribbon board surrounds the seating bowl on the Promenade Level fascia and provides a variety of scoring information as well as open captioning of the PA Audio system. One of MLB's largest out-of-town scoreboards is located on the front of the roof canopy in left-center field, keeping fans informed about all of the day's games around both leagues. Video and scoring displays are also mounted on the rear of the main center field scoreboard, providing video and game information to fans visiting the "Taste of the City" and "2K Sports FanFest" areas beyond center field. An additional LED video display is located on Mr. Met's Kiddie Field in the 2K Sports FanFest area, where kids can see themselves as they take a few swings or shag flies. An exterior marquee display on the North side of the building greets arriving fans, and provides information to those passing by. Citi Field's main entrance, the beautiful Jackie Robinson rotunda, is served by two 9 foot by 16 foot LED video displays, providing multimedia imagery of the great Jackie Robinson, as well as game day information and video.

There is a wide variety of food and beverages at concession stands throughout the ballpark. The Mets & ARAMARK are proud to offer a variety of food and beverage options to satisfy any fan's pallet. Citi Field concessions will feature Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs, Crinkle Cut French Fries and the official burger of the Mets, Brooklyn Burger. Premio Sausage can be found at various portable locations throughout the ballpark. Additionally a fresh chicken sandwich concept will be new to this season's concessions menu along with Subway's fresh subs made to order and Dunkin' Donuts with hot and iced coffee. Ballpark favorite snack items such as peanuts, pretzels, popcorn and Cracker Jacks will continue to be a main stay. To satisfy any sweet tooth, Carvel ice cream is available on all general concession stands. Pepsi and Budweiser products will be served throughout the ballpark. Pepsi will be featured at the Pepsi Porch grill stand and Budweiser at the bar in centerfield on the Field Level.
For local flair Citi Field concessions will feature the following menu offerings. Mama's of Corona will serve Italian style sandwiches, salads and desserts. Cascarino's Pizza is back with their authentic New York style pizza and a selection of pizzeria specialties. Daruma of Tokyo will round out our list of options with there delectable sushi rolls and Japanese cuisine.
Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group brings two New York City favorites, Shake Shack and Blue Smoke to the "Taste of the City" area in centerfield on Field Level. Blue Smoke offers mouthwatering real pit barbecue featuring Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Kansas City Ribs. The popular hamburger and hot dog stand, Shake Shack will grill up game day favorites such as the Shack Burger and Shack-Cago Dog. Additionally USHG will introduce two new themed food concepts: El Verano Taquería and Box Frites. El Verano Taquería features authentic tacos. Box Frites will serve freshly-cut, Belgian-style fries with a variety of dipping sauces. Rounding out the "Taste of the City" is a Long Island themed seafood stand, Catch of the Day, inspired by award winning seafood chef Dave Pasternack and featuring a fish sandwich, lobster roll, clam chowder and more.

The Budweiser Designated Driver Pledge Booths will allow fans of legal drinking age, who hold a valid driver's license, are eligible to become "Designated Drivers". They will be asked to sign a pledge saying that they agree not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and that they will accept responsibility for driving the other members of their group home. In return, the Designated Driver will receive a coupon that can be redeemed at any concession stands for a free soft drink during the game and a wristband identifying the fan as the Designated Driver. The booths will be open from the time the gates open until the top of the 2nd inning.

« Back to topThe purpose of the Citi Field Fan Assistance Number is to provide fans attending a game or event at Citi Field a method of contacting the operational elements of Citi Field to resolve outstanding issues.
Fans will be able to contact the Command Post by either calling or text messaging the number. All contact from fans will be answered immediately by the Command Post staff and the issue responded to in a manner prescribed by the Command Post Supervisor.
The Mets encourage our fans to use this number to alert management to maintenance, cleaning and fan comfort issues, but matters of safety and security will be considered priority calls and take precedent over all others.
The Fan Assistance Number will be operational on game/event days from the time gates open until gates close.
The Mets Fan Club for Kids offers young fans a one year membership for $25. Members receive an ID card, Lanyard, Club Cap, Sling Bag, Citi Field Commemorative Banner, ticket opportunities and more! Applications are available at the Fan Assistance Station. The 2K Sports FanFest is located on the Concourse Level in center field, and is fun for the whole family. Centered around Mr. Met's Kiddie Field, a scale version of Citi Field, the 2K Sports FanFest features a batting cage, base running challenge, dunk tank, video game kiosks, a live DJ and more! Mr. Met has also been known to make a daily appearance. Weather permitting, the 2K Sports FanFest will be open 2 ½ hours prior to ever every Mets home game, and will remain open until the 7th inning.

Fans will be able to use their receipt for parking in the event the game is cancelled or postponed. The receipt will be honored only for the date on which the game is replayed. No cash refunds are available for the initial parking entry.
Before departing for Citi Field we suggest you check Mets.com for the latest information on the #7 subway, the LIRR, as well as parking areas. When arriving at Citi Field, follow signs and traffic personnel directing you to designated Citi Field sites. You should plan to arrive early.
Fans are not permitted to bring any animals into Citi Field with the exception of guide or service dogs for disabled fans.
The NYPD maintains a sub-station at Citi Field, adjacent to the Loading Dock.

There are 4 designated preferred parking areas within the Citi Field parking lot. preferred parking passes will be honored in any Citi Field or remote parking lot. Fans holding preferred parking passes may enter through any gate except Gate 1. Please display your parking hangtag in a prominent location attached to your rearview mirror and present to the attendant upon entering.
Now located at the south side of the building facing the Official Lot at the First Base VIP Gate. This gate will accommodate both the Press as well as VIP guests. Access to the Press Box via elevators is available as are the clubhouses via the tunnel and the Press Media Room which is adjacent to the First Base VIP/Press Entrance.
Press passes and credentials may be obtained by working media personnel by contacting the Media Relations Department, New York Mets, Citi Field, Flushing, NY 11368 or by calling (718) 565-4330 at least 48 hours prior to the game desired.
Located on the Press Level behind home plate. Hot meals and beverages are served to working press, media, and authorized Mets staff. This room is not open to fans or per-diem employees.
This casual club space situated behind home plate on the Promenade Level is open to all seat holders noted above, all Metropolitan and Field Box seat holders (Sections 108-127), Promenade Club members (as denoted by the "Admit one to Promenade Club" on their tickets) and guests that have purchased Promenade Club access (as denoted by the separate Promenade Club tickets they will have to present to enter the Club).
The New York Mets give away caps, T-shirts, bobbleheads and many other items at specially designated games each season. The New York Mets schedule promotional giveaways as an additional incentive for fans to attend Mets games at Citi Field. Promotional items are distributed to fans as they enter the ballpark through the turnstiles - with one promotional item per eligible fan in attendance. Extra tickets for a game may NOT be redeemed for promotional items.
Most Mets promotions are advertised with quantity limits. To ensure that you receive an item, please arrive early. Giveaway dates and items are subject to change without prior notice.

Tickets are not subject to any refund and bear no cash value. In the event a regulation game as defined by Major League Baseball is not played due to weather, Act of God, or any other reason, then the ticket will not be subject to any refund but will constitute a rain check that can be either (1) used for admission to the rescheduled game, if any, subject to certain doubleheader limitations (see below), or (2) exchanged for a same price ticket for any regular season Mets home game within 12 months of the originally scheduled game, subject to availability. In the event the rescheduled game is part of a single admission doubleheader, tickets for the game originally scheduled to be played on the doubleheader game date will take precedence.
There are no refunds on parking for postponed games. preferred parking passes and daily parking receipts will be honored only for a single game make-up of a postponed game.

Fan birthday and anniversary announcements will be displayed on the Citi Field scoreboard during designated innings of each game. Requests are accepted by e-mail to scoreboard@nymets.com or by letter, mailed to: New York Mets, Attn: Scoreboard Messages, Citi Field, Flushing, NY 11368-1699. Each e-mail and letter received must include the date it was sent, and the date for which the scoreboard message is intended. The first 25 message requests received for each game will be displayed, subject to approval. Right and Left Field are no longer distinguished by odd and even sections. At Citi Field, the lower section numbers (101, 201, 301, 401, 501) start in Right Field and increase by as you move behind Home Plate to the Left Field Wall. All sections in Citi Field are made up of rows; there are no 'box seats.' While the number of seats in each row varies, the lowest seat number is always closest to Home Plate.
Smoking at Citi Field is prohibited. Any ticketholder violating this prohibition will be subject to ejection.

The Mets will broadcast all regular season games in Spanish on WADO (1280 AM). All other games broadcast on PIX11 and SNY will feature SAP. The announcers on both radio and SAP are Juan Alicea and Max Jimenez Perez.
There are 49 suites at Citi Field located on two levels: Sterling & Empire. Sterling Suites 1-10 are located in the Delta Sky360 Club and are accessible via the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, First Base VIP, and Third Base VIP gates. Empire Suites 206-244 are located on the Empire Level which is accessible from any of the three VIP gates. The Sterling and Empire Suites are available on a season, partial-season and limited individual game basis. The Mets will broadcast 25 regular season games over the air on PIX11 and 127 games on cable television on SNY. SNY will transmit the home and road games in both standard and high definition television (HDTV). There are also eight nationally televised games on FOX and up to five on ESPN. Gary Cohen will do the play-by-play and Keith Hernandez and Ron Darling will serve as analysts on both PIX11 and SNY. Ralph Kiner will appear on select broadcasts. Kevin Burkhardt will serve as the in-game reporter. Bobby Ojeda will host the pre-game and post-game shows in the SNY studio.
The following are the terms and conditions for New York Mets tickets as set forth on the back of each ticket:

The license granted by this ticket is revocable and may be terminated by the New York Mets or the event operator at any time. All ticketholders are subject to seat relocation. No refund will be made on this ticket except as expressly provided hereon. This license and its terms and conditions are subject to applicable law, including changes in law.
This ticket may not be resold within one thousand five hundred feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law. Any resale or attempted resale of this ticket in violation of applicable law violates the license granted by this ticket. Tickets obtained from sources other than the New York Mets Ticket Office, the Brooklyn Cyclones Ticket Office, Mets Clubhouse Shops, or authorized outlets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets and if lost, stolen or counterfeit will not be honored. Duplicate, cancelled or invalidated tickets, as a result of resale, ticket transfers or otherwise, will also not be honored. Prohibited Items: Items larger than 16"x16"x8", coolers (hard-sided), metal cans, metal bottles, glass bottles, beverage containers, open containers, commercial audio/video equipment, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, laser pointers, noisemaking devices, fireworks, animals (except for assistive purposes), weapons, aerosol cans, pocket knives, food items and the like. Citi Field retains the right to determine what items are deemed appropriate for entry.

Tickets are not refundable, and may only be exchangeable in such cases where the ticket becomes a valid rain check, and then subject to the conditions cited on the ticket.

For information regarding current ticket promotions or special offers, fans can be referred to Mets Ticket Office on game days. On non game days fans can visit the Mets ticket windows inside the Jackie Robinson Rotunda.
The main ticket windows are located at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda at Citi Field. There are also satellite ticket windows on the left and right field sides of the ballpark. Ticket windows open at the same time as the gates and turnstiles; a limited number typically 2 ½ hours before game time to coincide with the "early" gate and the remainder 1 ½ hours before the scheduled game time. These times may vary for doubleheaders or specials.
Season Ticket and Plan account holders who are meeting late arriving guests may drop off their tickets for Will Call, on the day of the game only, at a designated window inside the Jackie Robinson Rotunda at Citi Field. Guests must provide proper photo identification at the Will Call window at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda at Citi Field to pick up the tickets.
This drop off window is available only to season ticket and plan account holders.
The Ticket Windows normally close upon completion of the top half of the 5th inning. Late arrivals may pick up pre-arranged will call at the Ticket Office at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda through the completion of the 7th inning.
