Jose Reyes homered leading off the game, but the early lead didn't stand up. But a big eighth inning, sparked by Daniel Murphy's two-run double, helped the Mets exorcise their Turner Field demons and, more importantly, put the Amazin's back in first in the NL East as the Phillies lost.
