The Dodgers scored two runs in each of the first three innings but never held the lead. Matt Kemp and Jeff Kent went deep, and Luis Gonzalez drove in two, but Derek Lowe was tagged for nine runs on 10 hits in three frames, including six in the first, en route to his ninth loss of the season.
