Before being intentionally walked three times, David Wright hit two homers to support Mets starter Tom Glavine, who was strong enough, allowing three runs in six innings to inch closer to career win No. 300 by picking up No. 295. Endy Chavez notched the seventh four-hit game of his career as the Mets secured a Subway Series victory over the rival Yankees and their fourth consecutive win overall.
