Mets team up with SNY and Screenvision to host "Mets at the Movies" this Wednesday, August 27 at 7 p.m. at Clearview's Ziegfeld Theatre in Midtown Manhattan

FLUSHING, N.Y. -- The New York Mets, in conjunction with SNY and Screenvision, today announced this season's final "Mets at the Movies" fan viewing experience will take place this Wednesday, August 27 at 7 p.m. when the Mets visit Philadelphia to face the Phillies. "The Mets on SNY in Hi-Def" will present the game at Clearview Cinema's legendary Ziegfeld Theatre in midtown Manhattan (54th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues).
Tickets are $12 and are on sale now at (718) 507-TIXX or online at mets.com/movies.
Fans watching the action in larger-than-life style on the Ziegfeld's 50 foot x 23 foot viewing screen will participate in traditional Shea Stadium in-game entertainment and fan giveaways, including movie packages, Mets tickets, and merchandise, throughout the evening. SNY's Lee Mazzilli and Matt Yallof will provide in-game commentary and will participate in a live "Q & A" session with those in attendance. Mr. Met and the Pepsi Party Patrol will also be on-hand to provide entertainment throughout the evening.
Regardless of weather in Philadelphia, Mets at the Movies will begin at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6 p.m. and SNY's pregame broadcast scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
