Anderson Hernandez may not have won a championship in the Dominican Winter League, but he did take home one title. The second baseman snagged the postseason batting crown after hitting .402 with one home run, 12 RBIs and 22 runs scored in 23 games with Tigres del Licey.

In 25 regular-season games, the 24-year-old infielder batted .287 with nine RBIs.

Several other Mets prospects also had productive seasons in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico, Arizona and Hawaii. Here's a recap of their fall and winter seasons:

Dominican Winter League

RHP Jorge Sosa -- Sosa, who signed with the Mets in mid-January, went 2-0 with a 3.72 ERA in nine postseason appearances with the Tigres del Licey. He was 1-0 with two scoreless frames in the regular season.

LHP Jason Vargas -- Vargas gave up two runs on six hits over eight innings in six regular-season appearances with Leones del Escogido.

RHP Jorge Vasquez -- Vasquez went 0-1 with a 10.13 ERA in eight regular-season games with Gigantes del Cibao. He made three playoff appearances and allowed two runs on three hits over two innings.

OF Carlos Gomez -- Gomez went 4-for-20 with five runs scored for the Leones del Escogido, who did not make the playoffs.

OF Victor Mendez -- Mendez hit .409 with five homers and 13 RBIs in 13 regular-season contests for the Gigantes del Cibao but batted just .211 and knocked in six runs in 18 postseason games.

LHP Ricardo Morales -- Morales yielded two hits in 1 1/3 scoreless frames during the regular season for the Estrellas de Oriente.

RHP Marcelo Perez -- Perez gave up two runs in 1 2/3 innings in two regular-season outings for the Estrellas de Oriente.

Venezuelan Winter League

OF Endy Chavez -- Chavez wrapped up a stellar postseason with the Navegantes del Magallanes. He batted .329 with one homer, seven RBIs and 14 runs scored in 20 games, but Magallanes was defeated in the championship series by the Tigres de Aragua.

LHP Edgar Alfonzo -- The southpaw pitched for the first time in nearly three weeks when he retired one batter on Dec. 28 to close the regular season. He went 2-1 with a 3.38 ERA in 17 games and didn't pitch in the playoffs for the Navegantes del Magallanes.

SS Jose Coronado -- Coronado went 4-for-17 with four runs scored and an RBI in seven regular-season games after joining the Navegantes del Magallanes on Dec. 19. He had one hit in two postseason at-bats.

RHP Lino Urdaneta -- Urdaneta gave up one run in each of his final two regular-season outings. He ended up 0-1 with a 6.30 ERA in 18 games. It got worse in the playoffs as the right-hander surrendered five runs -- four earned -- on six hits and a walk over 3 1/3 frames in four games for the Cardenales de Lara.

RHP Yusaki Iriki -- Iriki went 0-3 with a 10.05 ERA for the Pastora de los Llanos and did not pitch after Nov. 5.

LHP Ryan Cullen -- The 26-year-old southpaw did not pitch after Nov. 4 and went 0-1 with a 10.12 ERA in five games.

RHP Rafael Cova -- Cova didn't pitch in the postseason for the Navegantes del Magallanes after retiring just two batters and posting a 13.50 ERA in the regular season.

Mexican Pacific League

LHP Raul Valdes -- The 29-year-old southpaw, who signed with the Mets in December, went 0-2 with a 4.58 ERA in four playoff starts for the Tomateros de Culiacan. He was 3-1 with a 5.52 ERA in six regular-season starts.

1B Jacob Cruz -- Cruz last played on Dec. 21 and finished the regular season with a .258 batting average, two home runs and nine RBIs in 28 games. He didn't play in the postseason for Tomateros de Culiacan.

Arizona Fall League

1B Michel Abreu -- The first baseman put together an eight-game hitting streak and drove in at least one run in each of his final seven contests with the Mesa Solar Sox to finish with six homers and 25 RBIs. He went 15-for-36 with 11 RBIs and eight runs scored during his hot finish, boosting his average 69 points to .280.

OF Fernando Martinez -- The 18-year-old outfielder put together a 10-game hitting streak for Mesa to raise his average to a season-high .256. He went hitless on Nov. 11 and finished with a .253 average, two homers and seven RBIs in 25 games.

RHP Kevin Mulvey -- Mulvey last pitched for the Solar Sox on Nov. 7. He went 0-2 with a 6.00 ERA in four starts.

RHP Brandon Nall -- Nall pitched in two games after being added to the Solar Sox on Oct. 20. He picked up a win with a perfect frame on Oct. 28, then gave up one hit in a scoreless inning on Nov. 1.

RHP Mike Pelfrey -- Pelfrey was pulled from the AFL to rest for Spring Training after allowing one hit over four scoreless frames.

RHP Phil Humber -- Humber was shut down due to tendinitis in his pitching shoulder early in the AFL season. He allowed one run on two hits in two innings.

LHP Blake McGinley -- The southpaw went 1-1 with a 2.70 ERA in six games, including one start, with Mesa.

LHP Adam Bostick -- Bostick registered a 5.66 ERA in six starts for the Peoria Javelinas. He allowed 14 runs -- 13 earned -- on 24 hits over 20 2/3 frames.

Hawaii Winter Baseball (North Shore Honu)

RHP Blake Eager -- Eager finished up his HWB season on Nov. 18 by giving up two runs on three hits over two innings. The right-hander was 0-1 with a 3.47 ERA in 11 games with North Shore.

1B Mike Carp -- The 20-year-old collected four two-hit games in each of his last six contests with the Honu. He finished with a .299 batting average and 17 RBIs in 30 games.

OF Dustin Martin -- Martin recorded his first three-hit game on Nov. 11, but he managed only three more hits in his final six contests. He ended with a .269 batting average, one homer and 13 RBIs in 26 games.
