Bernie Brewer Appearance Request

Please use this form to schedule appearances by Bernie Brewer, the Milwaukee Brewers Mascot. Because of his popularity, it is suggested that applicants submit requests at least three weeks prior to the event, allowing at least two weeks for the approval process. All requests are subject to availability, and blackout dates apply. Bernie Brewer is not available on home game days. The regular rate is $200 and the non-profit rate is $100. The maximum time for an appearance is one hour.

Purchaser agrees that it shall reimburse the Brewers for any damage caused to the costumes by event participants or attendees.
