FULL SEASON TICKET HOLDER


INVOICE

This invoice gives you the opportunity to purchase your current Full Season seat location for the Wild Card Game/Division Series (1 Wild Card Game and 3 Division Series games), four (4) National League Championship Series games and three (3) World Series games. Major League Baseball ("MLB"), MLB media rights holder and security seating requirements may necessitate that a limited number of season ticket holders be offered alternate seating accommodations.

TICKET PRICES

As a Reds Full Season ticket holder, you will receive discounted pricing on your Full Season seat location for all postseason games. Ticket prices for the 2013 postseason are set forth in the table below.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Credit Card Online:
Your most convenient and preferred method is submitting payment at reds.com/myreds. Your password is on the invoice. The Wild Card Game/Division Series and National League Championship Series must be paid in full on or before August 23, 2013. You must purchase the Wild Card Game/Division Series and National League Championship Series to be eligible to purchase World Series tickets. Your credit card will be automatically charged for your World Series tickets the day after the Reds win the Division Series.

Credit Card by Mail:
Payment for the Wild Card Game/Division Series and National League Championship Series will be processed upon receipt and must be received (not postmarked) on or before August 23, 2013. You must purchase the Wild Card Game/Division Series and National League Championship Series to be eligible to purchase World Series tickets. Your credit card will be automatically charged for your World Series tickets the day after the Reds win the Division Series. Complete the bottom portion of the invoice, including credit card information and signature, as well as initial and date the Autopay Authorization. Detach and return in the enclosed envelope to: Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024.

Check by Mail:
Only one (1) check will be accepted for full payment, including the World Series. Payment will be processed upon receipt and must be received (not postmarked) on or before August 23, 2013. Make check payable to: Cincinnati Reds. Complete the bottom portion of the invoice, detach and return in the enclosed envelope to: Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 fee and the offer to purchase postseason tickets shall be void unless the invoice is paid in full on or before August 23, 2013.

All methods of payment will have the choice to opt out of purchasing your Full Season seat location for World Series tickets. To opt out, you must check the box "DO NOT want to purchase my Full Season seats for the World Series" on the return portion of the invoice or call the Cincinnati Reds Season Sales office at (513) 765-7500 and select Option 3, to avoid this automatic charge to your card. Please Note: If you choose to opt out, you will not have another opportunity to purchase your Full Season seat location for the World Series.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE

Regardless of the method of payment, there will be absolutely no extension of the August 23, 2013 deadline. Payments received after the deadline will be returned to the sender. The Reds will not accept any form of payment except as provided herein, including, without limitation, payments by phone or fax.

TICKET DELIVERY

Tickets will be delivered to the address on file for the season account holder. For the security of your tickets, address changes must be in writing and include the account number and signature of the season account holder on record. Please specify if the address change is permanent or only for postseason ticket delivery. Tickets will be shipped via Federal Express or UPS. PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Signature of receipt is required. If you miss the initial delivery, instructions will be left on how to arrange for delivery or pick-up at their location.

NO WILL CALL/DROP OFFS OF TICKETS

Will Call/Drop Offs for tickets will not be accepted for any postseason tickets.

GAME DATE AND TIME

The dates and times for potential postseason games to be played in Cincinnati are yet to be determined. All area media outlets (reds.com, local radio, television and newspapers, etc.) will have details as they are announced. Please check these to see which ticket to use for each game.

Wild Card Game, if required, may or may not be played in Cincinnati. The ticket will read Wild Card Game - National League Wild Card Game.

Division Series is the best of five games. The tickets will read NLDS - National League Division Series Home Game 1, 2 and 3. You will use Home Game 1 tickets for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLDS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLDS National League Division Series Home Game 1 tickets for this game.

National League Championship Series is the best of seven games. The tickets will read NLCS -National League Championship Series Home Game 1, 2, 3 and 4. You will use Home Game 1 for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLCS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLCS National League Championship Series Home Game 1 for this game.

The World Series is the best of seven games. The tickets will read World Series Game 3, 4 and 5. Should we qualify, Games 1 and 2 will be away games. You will use Game 3 for the first game played in Cincinnati, which will be the third game in the series. You will use Game 4 for the second game played in Cincinnati, which will be the fourth game in the series. You will use Game 5 for the third game played in Cincinnati, which will be the fifth game in the series.

TIE-BREAKER GAME

Should the Reds need to play a tie-breaker game, use the "Game A" ticket included with your regular season tickets. If your tickets are used for this game, we will invoice the season account holder on record who is responsible for full payment.

BONUS TICKETS

Full plans purchased after February 28, 2013, are not eligible for bonus tickets. Full plans purchased before February 28, are eligible and you must have purchased your invoiced Full Season seat location for the Wild Card Game/Division Series and National League Championship Series. Bonus tickets will be available online through your MyReds account. You will receive a letter and email notification with instructions. Please be sure to check your mail and email during this time as the information is very time sensitive.

PRINT AT HOME AND PAPERLESS TICKETS

Print at Home and Paperless tickets cannot be reprinted by the Cincinnati Reds under any circumstance for postseason games. This includes, but is not limited to transfer and StubHub tickets.

RETURNS, LOST AND STOLEN TICKETS

Please treat postseason tickets as you would cash or any other valuable item. These tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Stolen tickets will be replaced only when the season account holder on record presents an official police report to the Reds Season Ticket Office. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits for postseason games that have been played.

WARNING ON RESALE OF TICKETS

Tickets for the 2013 Wild Card Game/Division Series, National League Championship Series and World Series are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on the premises of Great American Ball Park will be removed from the premises and prosecuted and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from this organization.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS

Per Major League Baseball regulations, 2013 Wild Card Game/Division Series, National League Championship Series and World Series tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes (including without limitation, as raffle prizes for charities) without the express written consent of the Cincinnati Reds and the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.

PARKING

Full regular season parking pass holders do not have postseason passes included in their parking booklets, with the exception of a Tie-Breaker Game parking pass (see below). A parking invoice will be sent along with the ticket invoice. Your parking invoice will be issued for the same garage used for regular season parking. The parking booklet will contain a full strip of 11 games (1 Wild Card Game, 3 Division Series, 4 National League Championship Series and 3 World Series). If you wish to purchase, full payment is due on or before August 23, 2013. Payment cannot be deferred. Parking passes are not available for purchase on a single games basis.

Tie-Breaker Parking - This parking pass is included in your regular season parking booklet. Should the Reds need to play a tie-breaker game, use the parking pass marked Tie-Breaker Game No. 01. The cost for the Tie-Breaker Game pass was not included in the cost of the booklet. The parking pass holder must pay the applicable parking rate when entering the garage with this Tie-Breaker Game pass.

    The following will be included in your Postseason Parking Booklet:
  • Wild Card Game Parking - Use the parking pass that matches your Wild Card Game ticket. Example: If the Wild Card Game is played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked WILD CARD GAME - National League Wild Card Game and the parking pass marked WILD CARD GAME - National League Wild Card Game.

  • Division Series Parking - Use the parking pass that matches the Division Series home game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first Division Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked NLDS - National League Division Series Home Game 1 and the parking pass marked NLDS - National League Division Series Home Game No. 1, etc.

  • National League Championship Series Parking - Use the parking pass that matches the National League Championship Series home game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first League Championship Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked NLCS - National League Championship Series Home Game 1 and the parking pass marked NLCS - National League Championship Series Home Game No. 1, etc.

  • World Series Parking - Use the parking pass that matches the World Series game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first World Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked World Series Game 3 and the parking pass marked World Series Game No. 03, etc.

REFUNDS

Season Ticket Holder Postseason Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket - Should the Reds not qualify for the 2013 postseason, or the Reds make the playoffs and all games are not played, the face value of tickets (and parking, if applicable) from unplayed games will be automatically credited to the season account holders 2014 regular season ticket (and parking, if applicable) renewal. The $25 per account Handling Fee for your invoiced tickets is non-refundable. If you prefer to have your credit refunded back to you, submit your request at reds.com/refunds within seven (7) days after the Reds last postseason game. Refund checks and credits will be issued within four (4) weeks of the Reds last postseason game. Postseason tickets (and parking, if applicable) SHOULD NOT be returned to the Reds and have no cash value. Please note this website will not be live until the 2013 postseason begins.
